Personal lines looks simple until it isn't — and the gap between "filled" and "filled correctly" is where E&O claims live. We want someone who has spent 20+ years closing that gap to make sure our AI never widens it.
You'll own personal-lines accuracy and the E&O lens across the product: what we must capture, what we must never assume, and where a human has to sign off.
What you'll do
- Be the authority on personal-lines submissions and the E&O exposure baked into every field.
- Define what the AI may infer, what it must ask, and what a human must confirm.
- Review auto-filled forms for accuracy and downstream liability.
- Build the checklists and disclosures that keep agencies (and us) defensible.
- Partner with product to encode compliance into the workflow, not bolt it on.
What we're looking for
- 20+ years across personal lines with real E&O and commercial exposure.
- Has stewarded or overseen $10M+ books.
- Knows where personal-lines mistakes turn into claims — and how to prevent them.
- Comfortable with agency management systems and ACORD personal-lines forms.
- Strong written communication; you can turn judgment into a rule.
Nice to have
- CIC, CPCU, AAI, or similar.
- Compliance, audit, or E&O-defense background.
- Interest in shaping how AI handles regulated workflows.
